 機械式緩沖氣柱袋生產(chǎn)流水線是我公司根據(jù)市場需要而研制的，在設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)上吸收了國內(nèi)外同類產(chǎn)品先進(jìn)水平。適用于PE共擠膜等卷材生產(chǎn)各種緩沖氣柱袋、緩沖氣墊、填充氣袋。生產(chǎn)出來的產(chǎn)品低成本、省空間、可回收、縮減包裝流程，節(jié)省人力、無污染性、同時還能提供長時間儲運不漏氣的抗震保護(hù)。廣泛應(yīng)用于各個包裝領(lǐng)域，如電子產(chǎn)品、陶瓷、精密儀器、家具、照明產(chǎn)品、汽配、硒鼓、紅酒、奶粉、快遞物流等各種行業(yè)。

 FABS46 is a mechanical designed production line according to customer and market demand, with all the advanced technology which suitable for making all kinds of airbag, cushion bag, filling bag by PE Co-extruded film. The products are having the advantages of low cost, saving space, re-cycling, easy packing, manpower saving, no pollution and long time airtight for stock and transportation. 1、主控電路采用進(jìn)口PLC與變頻器聯(lián)合控制，良好的人機界面，操作集中直觀、方便；

2、任意定長即設(shè)即用、方便簡單、光電自動跟蹤，準(zhǔn)確平穩(wěn)；

3、整機采用變頻器控制,變頻范圍寬，速度調(diào)節(jié)范圍大，實現(xiàn)無級變速。即調(diào)即用，匹配**美。雙放膜獨立電機加張力控制器控制，大大提高放膜運行的平穩(wěn)與效率；

4、收放卷采用氣脹軸機構(gòu)，裝卸操作方便
