詳細描述：1998年美國、加拿大及歐盟等國限制中國木托盤、木質(zhì)包裝箱出口，提出嚴格的熏蒸檢疫等既繁瑣、又增加成本的難題之后，震動了我國包裝界。蜂窩紙板在包裝中的優(yōu)勢給出口帶來了福音，國家經(jīng)貿(mào)委包裝改進辦公室《關(guān)于加強全國包裝改進工作的意見》中指出，“出口機電產(chǎn)品木箱包裝質(zhì)量差，要加速蜂窩紙板的開發(fā)和推廣，逐步取代部分木箱包裝”。在蜂窩紙箱上，國務院編制《我國綠色包裝發(fā)展的對策與規(guī)劃研究》草稿中指出“這種新型的蜂窩紙包裝箱將成為我國出口商品的理想包裝，它的推廣應用將成為我國降低商品在流通過程中的破損率，提高包裝產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量起到積極作用”。在承重方面，瓦楞紙箱的承重不允許超過50公斤。蜂窩紙箱的承重可達幾百公斤。它在承重上遠超過瓦楞紙箱，又避免了木箱熏蒸檢疫等繁瑣事項。 In 1998, the United States, Canada and the European Union and other countries restrict Chinese wooden pallets, wooden boxes from export. National Economic and Trade Packaging Improvement Office pointed out in On the Commons of Strengthening Country Packaging Improvement Works, “the wooden boxes packaging for exporting machine and electronics is in low quality, we’d better speed up the development and promotion of honeycomb paper cartons and replace parts of wooden packaging.” Concerning to honeycomb carton, State Council drew up drafts of Our Country’s Decision and Project Research of Green Packaging Development, it pointed out that,“This novel honeycomb pallet packaging will become our ideal packaging of export industry. Its promotion and application will highly improve packaging industry and reduce breakage rates.” On the aspect of load bearing, honeycomb paper carton can reach hundreds of KGs while corrugated case is less than 50 KGs. It much exceeds corrugated ones and avoids fumigation quarantine and other matter-trivial.
