1、 原料攪拌機：采用雙行星動力混合機，對導熱硅膠墊等產(chǎn)品原材料之液態(tài)硅膠，導熱粉體等進行有效分散攪拌，并進行抽真空處理。

2、 原料上料機：采用油壓式自動壓料機，有效避免人工上料帶來的氣泡等品質缺陷，可節(jié)省人力及縮短上下料時間。
