3、采用恒溫加熱封切系統(tǒng)可用于封切POF等各種工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的收縮膜。包裝規(guī)格大小不同的產(chǎn)品，只需用手輪調(diào)整即可完成，增加可靠性，更加容易操作。

4、縱封刀可持續(xù)性的做封切動作，產(chǎn)品長度不受限制。

5、本機(jī)采用*先進(jìn)PLC可編程控制器，具有安全保護(hù)及警報裝置了，且封切系統(tǒng)能持續(xù)流暢做出封口動作，不用更替，檢修操作非常簡易。

6、送料長度經(jīng)電眼偵測和定時器組合，精確的控制膠膜長度，使收縮效果更易控制。

7、加裝水平及垂直電眼共兩組電眼，便于切換選擇，對于薄或小的包裝物，可輕易完成封口包裝作業(yè)。

8、自動卷取廢料，采用單獨(dú)馬達(dá)控制，不會過于松弛或過緊而拉裂，廢料容易拆卸。

9、可根據(jù)客戶需要，添加自動吹起功能。

10、可根據(jù)需要選配前端動力進(jìn)料線及后端無動力貯物臺。

Main Structure＆Feature：

1.Nobody full-automatic sealing packaging machine，use in mass production of packaging of packaging line widely.It can complete all the process automatically of feeding，conveying，sleeving，sealing，shrinking in one step，with high effciency，and suitable for different and width of the products.

2.The sealing part adopts vertical type，the vertical cutting adopts constant heatable sealing knife for sealing line to be straight and firm，guarantees the tangent at the center of product，to achieve the perfect sealing effect.

3.Adopts sealing cuter system can use in heat shrinking film of various industrial standard.Different packaging sizes of products，more reliable and easy to operate.

4.The vertical sealing knife can do seal-cutting action continuously，with unrestrained products length.

5.It adopts PLC controller，with alarm and safety protection device。The sealing cuter system can work continuous，without replacement，easy to repair and operate.

6.Accurately control film length by photocell and timer，the effect of shrinkage easy to control.

7.Add both horizontal and vertical electric eye.It is easier the sealing for thin or small package.

8.Wind the scraps automatically and adopt separate motor controlled，it doesn’t too loose or too tight to crack and the waste is easy to disassemble.

9.Add automatic blowing function to requirements.

10.Fore-end power feeding line or back-end power storage station can be chose according to customer’s demands.
