該機采用冷封針對一些不能進行熱封的包裝材料順利的封合完整，該機設(shè)計雙列，在切刀加裝控制掛擋功能，可以選擇一次出料兩袋切斷，另外可以掛擋之后選擇一次出料四袋切斷，自動包裝機可以在包裝過程中自動完成計量、制袋、充填、封口、切斷、計數(shù)、打印字碼等全部工作，中文顯示屏控制系統(tǒng)、只需在可顯示的設(shè)置單元設(shè)定所需要參數(shù)（充填量袋長等）控制系統(tǒng)則自動優(yōu)化匹配各動作配合，從而達到*佳包裝速度。步進電機控制，該系統(tǒng)具有精確度高，無需調(diào)整其它部件可改變制袋長度，且準確無誤。包裝有色標(biāo)的包裝材料時，可獲得完整的商標(biāo)圖案；架包裝紙部分采用自重式電機壓紙送紙結(jié)構(gòu)，包裝紙送紙長度增加一倍，制袋平整不錯邊
